Jill has spent the last 13 years in the recruitment industry specialising since 2001 in the international arena. Until 2007 she was employed as the Managing Director of one of the UK’s premier international recruitment specialists with offices in Poland, Hungary, and Romania, and associate businesses in Thailand, Bulgaria and the Ukraine.

During this time Jill developed an unrivalled knowledge of the international recruitment process and how to make it work for some of the UK’s leading employers. She has built up a detailed understanding of the requirements of the UK Home Office and Border Agency, and positive relationships within Embassies around the world.

Jill is a Fellow of the REC, and an OISC registered advisor.     

Culturepot was established in 2007 to manage the identification, selection, validation, assimilation, and retention of UK and overseas staff for clients  from the Hospitality, Care and Engineering sectors.
